How about this for a 15-min workout? 1. push-ups 2. jumping jacks 3. skaters jumps 4. reverse flyes 5. squat jacks. Three rounds; each drill 40 sec; rest 20 sec = 15 min. -g

Cross-training is key

howdy friends – just came back from running a half-marathon without much run training under my belt (once a week, 6-10 miles each time). but what saved me was all the weekly cross-training i do: cycling , yoga, strength, walking. well-rounded, well-grounded 🙂 join me! -g
