Howdy Fellow Fitness Enthusiasts –
Seize the May – no better time than now to get your fitness routine started! We have seven weeks left in our spring boot camp (a total of 14 classes) – so if working out in the great outdoors sounds appealing you might consider joining this awesome community of fitness-focused Hillbillies 😉
My other classes (11 total) at Sport & Health – cycling and yoga – can be awesome options when temperatures, humidity soar soon. Am not taking any new personal training clients at the moment – but that may change 🙂 That said, feel free to ask for references, suggestions anytime.
