Hi fitness enthusiasts:
The following is a testimonial by Bob, 62, an amazing athlete who frequently attends my Rev-Yoga class at Sport & Health, Capitol Hill. While he sings praises my way HE is the true inspiration. So be inspired!!!
“I attended my first rev yoga class about three years ago and thought I was going to die well before the final push in spin. But push I did and die I didn’t (TG for the yoga!). I came back, again and again, drawn by Gabriella’s infectious enthusiasm, her clear workout design, and her commitment to help everyone take their own journey toward improvement, whatever that means for each student. Several weeks ago I placed a close second in my division at the Nation’s Triathlon, only my second athletic competition in the last 45 years. (At one point, as I passed a group of younger cyclists, I heard a voice behind me: “You’re 62?!”) Was it because of Gabriella? Not entirely, of course. But gosh, this is what improvement looks like to me. Couldn’t have gotten to the finish line without Gabriella. Might not have even made it to the starting block.
