Hi Everyone –
Just wanted to let you know that my spring schedule, starting March 23, will look a bit different: No more p.m. classes; 5:45-7:15 rev-yoga Mon, Wed, Fri.
Everything else stays the same: 6-6:45 a.m. Boot Camp Tue & Thu; 9:30-11 a.m. rev-yoga Wed & Fri; 9:30-10:30 a.m. yoga fundamentals Mon; 8:30-10 a.m. Sun rev-yoga (instructor rotation).
