Adrienne Penebre – my first yoga teacher – is leading a three-part series of movement workshops 10-11:15 a.m., March 14, 21, 28, at Results the Gym, 3rd/G SE. The series isaimed at helping participants create healthy movement patterns that prevent achey backs. What’s not to like?! Please consider joining her.
