Hi Fellow Fitness Enthusiasts –
Am making some scheduling changes that will free up time = more time available for personal training, especially during the day on Tue, Wed, Thu.
So, please let me know if you are interested and we can discuss content and rates etc.
The changes also includes my dropping a Rev-Yoga class at Results the Gym on Thursday nights. Sorry if this causes any inconvenience, but it was necessary for my mental and physical balance 🙂 The class will remain on the schedule for the time being with Brook Peloso teaching the cycling portion; the yoga TBA.
