Hi Everyone!
Please join me in starting the new year off right with a 100-minute cycle-yoga class 10 a.m., Jan 1, Results, Capitol Hill. Will be playing the best (imho) music of 2014 during this 60-minute cycle class followed by a 40-minute yoga segment (focused on strengthening upper body and core and lengthening cycling muscles).
