1. Go for run or walk before starting out 2. While driving, tennis ball massage of back, glutes, hamstrings 3. Drink lots of water 4. Posture police (head-shoulders against the back of seat, belly in). 5. Bring meals – fruit, veggies, healthy sandwiches. 6. Compression socks 7. Stretch legs and arms every couple of hours. 8. Smile/laugh: Listen to funny audio book (e.g. David Sedaris) to stay unfazed by traffic jams and the like.
