Hi Boot Campers:
Next Tuesday we start the summer boot camp. It runs ten weeks (a total of 20 classes) but there are three different packages (10, 16 or 20 classes) so you can choose one that best fits your summer plans. You can use your classes all at once or spread over the summer.
The boot camp combines strength training, endurance and agility with a sprinkle of balance and flexibility.
We meet 6 to 6:45 a.m. Tuesdays and Thursdays.
Once you have paid on Paypal we will send you a registration (if you are new) form and a release (everyone).
Can’t wait to see you all in the great outdoors, in the bright and early next week 🙂
