Yes, Atlas Fitness (11th and I St SE) yoga program is up and running with daily yoga offerings ranging from stretchy flow to kick-ass cardio-flow classes. Please check out the schedule and sign up at www.atlasfitnessdc.com. Drop-ins, 10-packs and unlimited access are all available. But if it’s your first time, it’s FREE. My classes: 6 to 7 a.m. Wednesday Cardio-flow (30 minutes of high-intensity-intervals followed by 30 minutes of yoga) and 10:30-11:30 a.m. Sunday Flow.
