Hi All –
It’s time to lace up the sneakers and roll out the mats for GB Fit Fall Boot Camp and Yoga in Lincoln Park! We meet 6 to 6:45 a.m. Tues and Thurs for boot camp and 6 to 6:45 a.m. Wed for yoga. Fall session runs Sept. 3 through Nov. 21.
There are three different packages: 12 classes ($120 = $10 a class), 24 classes ($200 = roughly $8.30 a class) and 36 classes ($270 = $7.50 a class). Pick the package that works best for you – you don’t need to use all classes at once but can spread them over the 12-week period. Paypal is the preferred payment method.
You will need a towel/mat for boot camp and a mat for yoga. Water bottle for both. You will also need to fill out a release form before taking a class. And if you are new, you will need a registration form too. Please e-mail me if you don’t have these docs.
Would love to have forms and payment in my Sept. 3 so we don’t need to spend our precious class time on paperwork!
