GB Boot Camp will be back in the fall starting Aug. 27 and ending Nov. 15. The format will stay the same (cardio, strength and flexibility). Time: 6 to 6:45 Tuesdays and Thursdays. There will be a 12-session (6-week), 18-session (9-week) and a 24-session (12-week) option. Cost $120 (12), $160 (18) and $180 (24). Sign up forms will be available soon.
