Please join me at the new cycle and barre studio on the hill – www.bikerbarre.com. It’s awesome. I teach four cycle classes a week: 6 a.m. Monday (starting after Memorial Day weekend) and Thursday; 9:30 a.m. Tuesday and Thursday.
