Dear Yogis:
Am happy to announce that the hybrid class – Revolution Yoga – will become a regular offering at Results Capitol Hill starting Jan. 27. The 90-minute class, which consists of 45 minutes of cycling and 45 minutes of yoga, will be scheduled as following: 9:30 to 11 a.m. Fridays and 8:30 to 10 a.m. Sundays.
