Revolution Yoga is coming back to Results Capitol Hill 10 a.m. Jan 1, 2012. That’s right, start the new year with a revolution of the body and mind with this 1.5-hour class, combining 45 minutes of cycling (first) and 45 minutes of yoga (last). It’s a full body (and mind) workout. Hope to see you there.
