Hi fellow Yogis:
Wrapping up a two-month stint as a kid-yoga teacher. The kids, 6 to 10 years old, learned quickly and fearlessly: Headstands to Warrior 3. But they also enjoyed a lesson on relaxation and recovery poses such as Corpse Pose and Child’s Pose.
We also spent time journaling on certain themes such as “Happiness,” “Teamwork” and “Fear”(just in time for Halloween). Interestingly, many of the kids wrote on this last theme that they feared nothing. I believe it.
