Eight yogis enjoyed sunny skies and temps in the mid-60s on Friday for our last open-sky yoga in Lincoln Park this season. We worked on strengthening the core – front and back- and ended class with a tripod headstand, a pose that’s all about the core. It was a beauty to see you all explore and discover.
