A small but dedicated group of yoginis – six to 12 – has been showing up for toasty open-sky summer yoga in Lincoln Park in the past month. We have worked on squaring the hips, rolling the shoulders down and back as well as pulling the navel toward the spine – all in the name of good, healthy posture. Join us!
