Last week we had 19 adult yoginis and five teeny yogis twisting in
utkatasana and lengthening in peaceful warrior while surrounded by
traffic noise and ten-year old soccer players (turned out part of
Watkins had moved their field-day to Lincoln Park!).
It was an awesome sight. Talk about concentration.
