A group of six enjoyed cool temperatures and a slight breeze today during our open-sky community class at Lincoln Park. We did cool arm balances and hot hip openers. Appropriately – with the tiny group – we did a reading from “Less – Accomplishing More by Doing less” by Marc Lesser about being “complete/perfect just the way we are.”
