Hi cyclists and yogis –
The new schedule at Results features three early-morning Rev-Yoga classes: 5:45-7:15 a.m. M, W, F. For some, the new time is great and for others it is a tad late. Please know that you can leave early if you need to from either cycling or yoga in order to accommodate your schedule. Also, the breakdown of classes is as follows:
Monday – Speed work
Wednesday – VO2 max drills such as TABATAs
Friday – Hills and hill pushes
