Hi fellow travelers: Summer is upon us and trips, camps, heat and financial
constraints are all reasons not to work out. So why not make your summer
workouts as easy, flexible, cool and economical as possible? Here is an idea:
WHAT: GB Summer Boot Camp in Lincoln Park – 45 minutes of cardio, strength and
flexibility
WHEN: Twice a week, 6:15 to 7 a.m. Tuesday and Thursday; June 19 through Aug. 9.
COST: $10/class if paying for four weeks ($80) and $7.50 ($120) if paying for 8 weeks
WHERE: Lincoln Park – east end.
